1. Acceptance: By clicking “I Agree” or using InkLynk, you accept this binding agreement. For users under 13, parental consent is required (COPPA).
2. License: Bamboo Studios grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InkLynk for personal, non-commercial art creation, coding, and sharing (e.g., Creative Chain, Collaborative Art Layers).
3. Rules: Users must respect others’ content; no offensive posts, copyright violations, or misuse of Haha React/Share features. Accounts may be terminated for violations.
4. Accessibility: Features like Calm Mode support autistic users; settings adjustable in-app.
5. Liability: Bamboo Studios isn’t liable for user-generated content or data loss. Use at your own risk.
6. Disputes: Governed by California law; disputes resolved via arbitration.
7. Updates: Terms may change; continued use implies consent. See www.inklynk.com/terms.
